V0.97.1 Update

This update works on the look of colonies by adding a series of light sources for better visibility in the dark.

Planet's have a dynamic weather system that also controls the movement of the sun and moon and up until now they were the only light source in the scene.

The lack of artificial light sources on planetary surfaces that were covered in darkness due to environmental factors like ash and smoke, snow or rain storms especially at night made the colonies barely visible.

To solve these issues I added ambient light emanating from the colony shield dome as well as spawned street lights and fixed the window light shader on the buildings.
